Shipping and Return Policy


RETURNS

Our goal at Leather Lately is for you to love our products, however; if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your boots, shoes or goods for free within the Continental U.S., Canada, and Mexico, so long as:

 

  1. Items must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles) and in their original packaging.
  2. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your original order.
  3. You order did not have special requests for color, size outside of the ones specified as offered on our website or personalization such as initials or name. See next section on exchanges.

 

EXCHANGES

We are committed to getting the right fit and look of your shoes and boots. If your shoes or boots included special requests for shoe color or personalization of the products such as, your initials or name, we will be glad to work out an exchange for a product that meets your needs as these orders do not qualify for a refund due to the specificity of the order.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter, which is why we are so committed to the idea of getting your products the way you envision them!

TIMING

Once our warehouse has received your return, please allow 2 weeks for a refund or store credit to be issued. If it has been longer than two weeks, please contact us.

SHIPPING

We offer a standard shipping rate within the Continental U.S., Canada and Mexico. Customers that want to return any item are responsible for the return shipping label and cost. 

To provide the best shoes at the best value, Leather Lately shoes and boots are made to order and hand crafted in small batches, we produce our shoes in a first come first serve basis and depending on the amount of orders we have at the time your shoes can be shipped between 5-6 weeks. This dates vary week to week based on our demand, we know how you would like to get your shoes as soon as possible so please be sure that we will do everything in our power to expedite your order without sacrificing the quality of a hand made Goodyear welted shoe.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

International shipping costs are not covered by Leather Lately, cost vary from country to country and in some cases import duties apply,  please e-mail at hello@leatherlately.com us to get a quote on shipping your order.

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes Leather Lately to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Leather Lately may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). Duties and taxes are included in the total cost of your purchase and are paid for by the consignee/buyer, along with the purchase price of the goods, at the time of checkout.

DEFECTIVE/FLAWED PRODUCTS

FINAL SALE

Any items purchased as final sale may not be returned or exchanged.
